Early Youth Education
We provide high school education programs to those with unique abilities to train them and prepare them for the job search process and the workforce.
Our well-trained staff is here to provide ongoing support and encouragement to you throughout your employment journey. Some of the services we provide via referral from GVRA:
Job Readiness Training
RING’s curriculum is approved by GVRA and covers job exploration, work-based learning experiences, and counseling. We cover a variety of topics including career interests, budgeting, resume building and mock interviews.
Personal and Social Adjustment Training
RING’s curriculum is approved by GVRA and focuses on developing social skills, independent living and self-advocacy that assist students in successfully integrating into the workforce.
Facility and Community-based Work Adjustment Training
RING provides “On the job” training to develop acceptable employment skills and habits. Paid summer internships for seniors who qualify under GVRA guidelines.
Work Evaluations
RING works to determine skills, interests and employment goals.
Job Sampling
Short term training to demonstrate skills for different jobs.
