Paula Phillips - Executive Director Paula's experience in providing rehabilitation programs spans over 28 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work, and her Master's Degree in Business Administration with a Non-Profit Organization concentration from Brenau University.

Doris Swafford - Receptionist Doris has worked for RING in two capacities. She retired as the supervisor of the sewing contracts, she then came out of retirement to return to RING as the receptionist.
Wayde Powell - Job Readiness Trainer Wayde earned his Masters Degree from North Georgia College. He has two years of post-graduate study in Adult Education at the University of Georgia. He instructs clients in interviewing skills, job applications, and location of job opportunities.
Roger Swafford - Marketing & Employment Specialist Roger is responsible for job training and community site development. He also coordinates transportation needs for the trainees.
David Arsenault - Operations Manager Dave is a graduate of Connecticut State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. He is responsible for the daily operation and management of the production department.
Jenny Black - Program Manager Jenny earned a degree from the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in Biopsychology. She is responsible for intake and implementation of the Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors referrals to the program. Jenny also provides vocational guidance to individuals served at all levels of the program.
Kevin Dockery - Contract Training & Project Manager Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from North Georgia College & State University. His duties include production management and shipping & receiving. Kevin works closely with many of our contractors to ensure the set-up and completion of the production orders.
Jeanene Blake - Trainer Jeanene teaches work skills and supervises trainees in meeting daily production goals. She also has extensive training in sign language.

Louella Cagle - Contract O.E. Manager Lou is responsible for the Organization Employment Services trainees. Her duties also include quality control, shipping & receiving and production management.

Linda Amato - Special Projects Director Linda is a graduate of Piedmont College and earned her Masters in Art Therapy from the Vermont College of Norwich University. Linda develops new programs to expand client’s options for services and employment opportunities and researches alternative funding sources for the organization. In addition, she assists trainees who are interested in starting self-employment and conducts various assessments and evaluations.
Beth Cook - Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper Beth is responsible for all contracts, grant management, and Georgia State billing procedures, including accounts payable and payroll
