Job Readiness: assistance with job identification, skills, applications, resumes, and interview skills.
Job Coaching: one on one training at the employer’s site with the individual to meet the employer’s expectation of job performance.
Supported Employment: services for individual’s with more significant disabilities for job development, applications, interviews and intensive job coaching with long term monitoring.
