Why RING?

Job Coaching
RING offers intense one-on-one training. The coaching begins in our facilities and then may extend into their new place of employment. If it is neccessary to continue coaching into the preliminary stages of employment to train or review skills learned, RING will provide you, the employer, a coach that will come out to the place of employment and prepare the trainee in his/her new work environment until the coach and employer are confident that the trainee is competent and able to perform the instructed duties.

At RING our community is comprised of counselors and staff that are working to provide you with just that, while assisting persons with disabilities to acheive a successful and independent lives through employment. Through our successions we determine what the most appropriate career path for a trainee will be and then offer them skill sets, counseling and support services to help the trainee succeed while in turn making the employer successful.
